Jana Okrainetz is a senior AACI appraiser in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. She has 20 years of real estate experience which began in 2005 working for an Alberta condominium developer. In 2007 she began her appraisal career completing mainly residential appraisals. By 2008, she had moved into the world of commercial appraising and has completed over 1,000 appraisals since this time. Jana has dedicated her career to expanding her skill set and experience in all types of commercial valuations and real estate consulting. Jana was first qualified as an Expert Witness with the Court of Queen’s Bench in 2013. She provides a wide variety of appraisal and consulting services for first mortgage financing, litigation, expropriation, estate planning, corporate planning, financial reporting and more. ​Jana graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) in 2005. She achieved her Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation (PGCV) from the University of British Columbia in 2009. Jana was designated as an Accredited Appraiser of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AACI) in 2010 at which time she was certified as a professional appraiser (P.App).

Jana lives in Saskatoon with her husband and two daughters. She spends most of her free time watching and volunteering for her kids sports and activities including hockey, dance, basketball, soccer, and flag football.
